我認識 posh 這個字,是因為 Beckham 老婆Victoria Posh. 我以為 Posh 是一個普通的姓氏,看了你這篇才知另有意思. 原來這是 Victoria 的藝名, 意思是她人 "很 posh."
不過,我查查字典, posh 好像有 belongs to the upper class 的意思. 你給的例子, posh language, 是 upper class language 還是 fashionable language 呢?
